Shipping will be via standard delivery with Australia post. Please allow 1-5 days handling time for your item once your order has been placed. After dispatch you should receive your delivery within 2-5 working days. Please note we cannot always guarantee these timeframes and the timing may be extended during peak periods. For standard delivery, please allow 1-5 days handling time for your item once your order has been placed.

Australia post advises that shipping to international destinations can vary between 5-10 days, however times can vary between 5-30 days depending on your location.

refunds and returns
If you’re unhappy with your product or have made an incorrect order, please return the product unopened to the send address. 
dope alchemy will happily refund your order if there has been any error in the product you receive or if there is an issue with the product itself.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed. 
Please return to the send address using a tracked mail service only. 
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. 
If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

Organic skincare products have a shorter shelf life and therefore can spoil quicker than synthetic formulations.  If your skincare products aren’t used up in time, you risk throwing them away.  This is why dope alchemy produce hand-made smaller batches which can be used up in a reasonable time and during it’s shelf life.
